• If you have a paper accepted, please note that your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings unless at least one (co-)author makes a regular registration by june 30, 2009. The deadline for extra papers and/or extra pages is also due by June 30, 2009. Only papers whose authors are all students will be published by paying a student registration fee.

• Authors who have two or more papers accepted by WI-IAT'09 need only register once, however there is a 200 Euro charge for each extra paper to help defray the cost of printing. As long as one author of each paper registers for the conference (i.e., one non-student registration per paper), their registration covers the cost and the extra paper charge does not apply.

• Authors whose papers (including extra papers) have extra pages (as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional 100 Euro for each extra page to help cover the added cost of printing.

• Regular registration covers everything: all four days technical programs (invited talks, tutorials, workshops, parallel sessions for accepted papers presentation, industry/demo session, etc. for WI’09 and IAT’09), social program (reception and banquet), coffee breaks, two lunches as well as CD-ROM proceedings of main conferences and workshops.

• Student registration:
  1. The student registration does NOT cover banquet.
